Mrs. Grossman's Sticker Club

I initiated and launched a direct-to-consumer monthly sticker subscription service as a new revenue channel. Mrs. Grossman’s Sticker Club launched in February 2018, exceeded its first year subscription goal, and became the most profitable new sales channel in the company. The Club proved a hugely collaborative undertaking across departments and continues to operate today, more than three years after its launch.
